UV Printing
Eco-friendly 6-colour printing direct onto substrates, objects and parts. Specialists in difficult mediums, and in printing textures and multi-layer finishes.
Laser Cutting & Engraving
Our laser cutting and engraving capabilities, with a material size of 630x450mm, offer precision and versatility. We can work with a diverse range of materials, including wood, plastics, metals, rubber, leather and glass.
CNC Machining
Equipped with Datron High Speed Milling (HSM), drilling and engraving machines, we can work with a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, composites and exotic materials.
Metal Forming
Milling, fastener insertion and punching. We have a substantial range of handtools, powertools and 3M finishing tools for traditional metalworking.
Plastic Forming
Vacuum forming, heat forming, routing of sheet plastics and milling of engineering plastics.
3D Printing
Equipped with a range of 3D printer technologies, including plastic based FDM and resin based SLA. We 3D print both prototype and production parts, and work with partners for metal casting of printed forms.

Our Kanban inventory-controlled parts stores enable us to manage parts for call-off, batch and on-demand manufacture. With ESD safe storage for sensitive components.
